We have known Joe Costa since July 2011 after we relocated to the Nambucca Valley to build our new home…
In mid-2011 the Coffs Harbour home building franchise company that we had initially contracted to build our home in Valla Beach went into liquidation. Consequently we had to seek another builder pretty quickly. We consulted with a number of builders including Joe Costa who had been highly recommended to us by a number of people locally. From our initial meeting, we found Joe to be friendly, personable and professional. After due diligence we were confident that Joe Costa was the right choice to build our home.

During the whole process we found Joe to be very helpful and accommodating and were impressed with his workmanship and efficiency. Nothing seemed too much trouble and Joe was always available if we had any queries or questions.

As a result of Joe’s efficiency and competitiveness we were able to take possession and move into our new home earlier than our original builders forecast, at a more competitive final cost and we believe superior quality home.

Joe has continued to make himself available for any queries and we have offered our property to potential clients for inspection of his workmanship. We are more than willing to recommend Joe Costa to anyone looking for a builder. We feel so lucky that what may have seemed like a disastrous start to our new home actually turned out the best for us because we could not be happier with the result (our home) and the dealings we have had with Joe Costa.

The efficiency and co ordination of the build was amazing

Joe has just built my new home in Nambucca Heads  and I am extremely happy with all aspects of the process. At all times Joe treated me with respect suggested good practical ideas and solutions for my site and was really easy to deal with. Everything he said he would do, he did, and without any fuss.
The efficiency and co ordination of the build was amazing, his tradesman were most courteous, always there when they were supposed to be which resulted in a very quick build of only 12.5 weeks from when the block was cut!
I have had 4 houses built before across Australia and this one is by far the best in quality, detail and finish. In particular, but not only, the tiling is of a standard you would expect to see in a 6 star hotel, it is perfect in every way!
I did a lot of research trying to find a builder who I felt comfortable with and I am so pleased a friend of mine recommended Costa Builders.
I feel I got great value for money and would not hesitate to either build with Joe again or recommend him to anyone looking for a quality local builder. Thanks Joe!
